By accessing or using Studio Flow App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Studio Flow App provides tools that enable dance studios and their members to schedule and manage dance lessons and meetings, manage subscriptions and memberships, view schedules, and receive booking confirmations and notifications.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.
4. Bookings and Appointments
Bookings are subject to availability and may be modified or cancelled by the studio when necessary.
Each participating studio may establish its own cancellation and attendance policies.
5. Subscriptions
Subscription pricing, billing intervals, and renewal terms are presented before purchase.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of subscription benefits.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the service for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Distribute malicious software
Interfere with the operation of the platform
Impersonate another individual or organization
7. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, logos, and content associated with Studio Flow App remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred through use of the service.
8. Availability
While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance or updates from time to time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Flow App shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
